These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of 7calendar.com (the “Service”), operated by 7calendar (“we”, “us” or “our”). By visiting the site, generating a calendar, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.
The service we provide
7calendar provides free printable calendars and planners. You choose a period, layout, paper size and language, and the Service generates a sheet you can download as PDF or PNG, or export to Word or Excel. The Service is offered free of charge and is supported by advertising.
Calendar data, holiday dates and week numbering are provided for convenience and general information. While we take care to keep them accurate, we cannot guarantee that every date, public holiday or regional observance is correct for your location. Do not rely on the Service for legal, contractual, medical or other consequential deadlines without verifying the dates independently.
Accounts
Most of the Service works without an account. You may optionally create one to save calendars, add your own events and notes, and open them from another device. When you register:
- you must provide a valid email address that you control, and confirm it using the link we send;
- you must choose a password that meets the minimum requirements shown at registration, and keep it confidential — you are responsible for activity that happens under your account;
- you must be old enough to consent to the processing of your data in your country (see “Children” in our Privacy Policy);
- you may not register on behalf of another person, use a disposable address to evade limits, or create accounts in an automated way.
An account that is never confirmed is deleted automatically after the period stated in the confirmation email. You can delete your account at any time from the account page; deletion removes your calendars, events and saved notes, and cannot be undone.
Your content
Anything you type into a calendar — event titles, notes, names of people in a family planner — remains yours. We do not claim ownership of it and we do not use it for advertising. We store it only so the Service can show it back to you and print it, and we process it as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for what you put into the Service. Do not store content that is unlawful, infringes someone else’s rights, or that you are not allowed to keep on a third-party service.
If you publish a calendar with a share link, anyone who has that link can view it. Treat a share link as public: do not put confidential information into a calendar you intend to share.
Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- interfere with the site’s operation, security or availability, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server or network;
- use automated means to generate files, register accounts or send messages at a volume that places an unreasonable load on the Service, or to circumvent rate limits;
- scrape, mirror or resell the generated calendars as your own product or service;
- send abusive, fraudulent or unsolicited messages through the contact form;
- use the Service to store or distribute malware, or for any unlawful purpose.
We may limit, suspend or terminate access that breaks these rules, endangers other users, or threatens the stability of the Service.
Intellectual property
The site design, templates, layouts, code, logo and name are ours or our licensors’ and are protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.
The calendar sheets you generate are yours to use freely, including for commercial purposes: print them, share them, hand them out at work or in a classroom. You may not, however, present the Service itself as your own, remove attribution from pages where it appears, or republish our templates as a competing calendar generator.
Advertising and third-party links
The Service is funded by advertising and may contain links to third-party sites. Advertisements and linked sites are controlled by others, not by us. We are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Your dealings with any advertiser or linked site are between you and them.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it — including layouts, export formats or account features — at any time, and we may do so without notice where the change is needed for security, legal compliance or technical reasons.
We may update these Terms. When we do, we update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects your rights and you have an account, we will make a reasonable effort to tell you. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the dates and holiday data it shows are complete or accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or missed appointments or deadlines, arising out of or connected with your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if we have been advised that such damages are possible.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any statutory consumer rights you have that cannot be waived.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from the account page. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability — continue to apply.
