7calendar.com (“7calendar”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides free printable calendars and planners that you can customize and download as PDF or PNG, or export to Word and Excel. This page explains what information is collected when you visit the site, what changes when you create an account, how that information is used, and the choices you have. Using 7calendar.com means you agree to the practices described below.
Using the site without an account
Generating, previewing, downloading and printing a calendar needs no registration. You do not have to give us your name, address or payment details, and we do not ask for them. Everything in this section applies to every visitor, whether signed in or not.
If you create an account
An account is optional. It exists so you can save calendars, add your own events and notes, and open them from another device. When you register, we store:
- your email address — used to confirm the account, to sign you in, to send a password-reset code, and to contact you about the account itself. We do not send marketing email;
- a cryptographic hash of your password — never the password itself, so it cannot be read back by us or recovered from a database copy;
- the calendars, events, notes and sharing settings you create — stored so the Service can show them back to you and print them;
- sign-in sessions — a random token stored in a cookie and, in hashed form, on our server, so you stay signed in. You can end all other sessions from the account page.
We do not use the content of your calendars or events for advertising, and we do not sell it. An account that is never confirmed is deleted automatically after seven days. You can delete your account at any time from the account page, which removes your calendars, events and notes.
Account email is sent through a third-party delivery provider (Brevo, operated by Sendinblue SAS, France), which processes your address solely to deliver that message.
Information we collect automatically
Like most websites, our servers and our service providers automatically record standard technical information when you visit, including:
- your IP address (used, in coarse form, to estimate your country so we can show relevant holidays and a sensible default language, and to apply anti-abuse rate limits);
- your browser type, language and device/screen information;
- the pages you view, the date and time of the request, and the referring page.
This information is used to operate the site, keep it secure, prevent abuse, and understand which calendars are popular so we can improve them.
The contact form
If you write to us through the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you type, together with the time of the request and your IP address, so we can reply and block abuse. Messages are delivered to our team over Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.) and kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
Cookies and similar technologies
We and our partners use cookies and similar storage (such as localStorage) to remember your
preferences (for example the chosen language, paper size, week start and time format), to keep you signed in
if you have an account, to measure traffic, and to support advertising. You can block or delete cookies in
your browser settings; if you do, some preferences may not be saved between visits and you will not be able
to stay signed in, but the calendars will still work.
Advertising
This site is supported by advertising. We work with third-party advertising partners, including:
- Google AdSense — Google and its partners may use cookies and device identifiers to serve and measure ads, including interest-based ads. You can review and adjust your choices at Google Ads Settings and read Google’s practices in the Google advertising policy.
- Yandex Advertising Network — for visitors in certain regions, ads may instead be served by Yandex, which may likewise use cookies to deliver and measure advertising.
Advertising partners may collect information about your visits to this and other websites to provide advertisements about goods and services that may interest you. We do not control these third-party cookies.
Analytics
We use website analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate:
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) — aggregated traffic and usage statistics;
- Yandex Metrica (Yandex) — aggregated traffic statistics and, where enabled, anonymized session insights.
Analytics data helps us improve the calendars and the site. We do not use it to identify you personally.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the providers that make the Service work — the advertising and analytics partners named above, our email delivery provider, the messaging service that carries contact-form enquiries, and the hosting and content-delivery providers that run the site on our behalf — and where required to comply with the law or to protect the site against fraud and abuse.
If you publish a calendar with a share link, its contents become visible to anyone holding that link. That is your choice and under your control: you can revoke sharing at any time.
Data retention
Calendars generated without an account are produced on demand and are not tied to an identity, so there is nothing for us to keep on your behalf. For accounts, we keep your data until you delete the account; unconfirmed accounts are removed after seven days, and expired sign-in sessions and password-reset codes are discarded automatically. Standard server logs and aggregated analytics are retained only as long as needed for security and statistical purposes, then deleted or anonymized.
Your choices and rights
You can control cookies through your browser, opt out of interest-based advertising via the links above, and use private/incognito browsing if you prefer not to store preferences. If you have an account, you can view and edit your data on the account page, sign out of other devices, and delete the account outright. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights regarding your information (such as access, correction, portability or erasure). To exercise any such right, contact us using the details below.
Children
The Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how your information is handled, write to us through the contact page.
